- Print the approval letter out and take it with you together with your passport-sized photos, your entry/exit form, and your original passport and pay stamping fee to the Immigration officer to get your visa stamped at any Vietnam international airport (Please notice that the stamping fee is based on the rate regulated by the Government).

After you get off your plane and arrive in a Vietnam international airport, please come to the immigration office also called Vietnam visa office or landing visa office, wait for your turn and submit all required documents and pay the fee. The process here takes you from 15 to 20 minutes. Whenever you arrive, you will have you visa stamped since Vietnam airports are always available 24/7.
After receiving your stamp, you can collect your luggage and pass through customs. Finally, it’s time for you to enjoy your wonderful trip in Vietnam

2/ If you enter Vietnam by other means of transportations (not by air), you are suggested to obtain your visa at the Vietnam Embassy/ Consulate where you are staying or living. In case there is no Vietnam Embassy or Consulate, you should come in person to the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate that is nearest and most convenient for you apply for your Vietnam visa. What you need to bring with you to the Vietnam Embassy/Consulate is your original passport, an application form together with a passport-sized photo and visa fee. Please notice that your passport must be valid for at least one month beyond your period of stay in Vietnam. About the application form, you can download it from the Vietnam Embassy website and it must be dully filled in, dated and signed by you with 01 passport-size photo stapled or glued on. We would also like to inform you that you may be interviewed about the purpose of your visit and the application procedures as well as visa fees may vary among countries and Embassies/ Consulates (the procedure often takes from 3 to 7 working days on a case by case basis).
If the Vietnam Embassy is so far from you or it is not convenient for you to go directly there, you can send your documents there by post. All you need is an original passport, passport sized photo, visa fee and a self-addressed envelope (not stamped) so that the Embassy can send your documents back to you. All payments for fees and charges can be combined into one single form (in cash, postal order or bank draft). However, please notice that pre-paid envelopes are not accepted.
